The University Hill Neighborhood Association is an association of permanent residents living on the Hill who are tired of the students parties/drinking/riot etc. It looks like the Hill has, for most of Boulder's History, been the home of students. It sounds like a weird idea to move in this neighborhood if you like a peaceful environment.
