Episode 3: Hello Ryo-okiThe episode begins with Ayeka having a dream of her life on Jurai, and how Ryoko attacked it. She then wakes up, and the story shows how depressed she gets on not finding her brother and being stuck on earth without a transport. To make things worse, she is taunted by Ryoko, and accidently mistakens Tenchi to being in part of a prank when Ryo-oki is born. Now that she hates Tenchi, Ayeka heads toward the mountains, followed by Ryo-oki who tries to cheer her up. She then find Tenchi and his grandpa practicing sword fighting and recognizes their technique to be from Jurai. Before she could ask him where he learned it from, she falls down spraining her ankle. Tenchi's Grandpa mends the wound, but Tenchi has to carry her back home. After staying in a nearby shack during a rainstorm, Tenchi and Ayeka get to know each other better and she apologizes for her attitude towards him. After the rain stops, Tenchi takes Ayeka to the Masaki Tree where Ayeka finds out that her brother is still alive. The episode ends with everyone going home, and Ryoko being mad that Tenchi is now friends with Ayeka.
