Elmendorf Air Force Base Our Beautiful and Snowy Home

Vinod works in the Pediatric Clinic at Elmendorf AFB Hospital.  This is a brand new facility set in the picturesque Anchorage Bowl. Below is a picture of the hospital

This summer we moved on base onto the field grade houses (this made Iris very happy).  It's a four bedroom 2500sq ft duplex.  We are trying not to grow into it as we may not live in a house this big anytime soon.  Maddie loves the nearby parks and Vinod enjoys the shorter drive to work (especially on call at o'dark hundred hours)

Iris loves cooking in our roomy kitchen...and does she ever cook some good food....DELICIOUS!!!
