Who is allowed to attend the Vancouver International PhotoShoot?

Anyone and everyone is allowed to attend! You don't have to be Canadian or from the West Coast to attend. We have a few photographers coming from the East Coast so if you are interested in shooting for a full week and plan to be in the area. Why not have a little fun!

When is the Vancouver International PhotoShoot taking place?

The Vancouver International PhotoShoot is taking place between August 18th and August 25th. This does not mean everyone has to be here for the whole week unless you have the time. It is a week long event so we can work with everyone's time schedules. Some people might only be able to attend for a day or two, but at least they will get what they want from attending this shoot and have fun in the process.


How much does it cost to attend the Vancouver International PhotoShoot?

As for costs it will be up to the individual, photographer or model if they want to charge for prints, model's time, etc.... This is still under discussion and more will be added here later.

A small fee maybe asked for from all participants to help cover costs.


I can't attend for the whole week. Am I allowed to come shoot for a couple days?

We don't expect everyone to be able to free up there entire week for this event. You are welcome just to come shoot for the day or for a couple days. It's completely up to you what days you would like to attend but you have to let either, Wendy or Patrick know in advance which days you will be attending.

I would like to attend the Vancouver International PhotoShoot. How do I get invited to this Event?

The Vancouver International PhotoShoot is not strictly invite only....but we do want to keep things in order, like who is attending and when the plan on attending etc...We also don't want the event so large that is gets out of control and overwhelming. If you are interested in attending, please contact us here with the answers to the information below.

1) Your Name (Name you want listed on the site)
2) Whether you are a Model, Photographer or Makeup/Hair Artist
3) Website Address (optional: For others to few your Work)
4) Dates you WILL BE attending
5) Whether you will be charging a Fee, accepting TFP or both


How do I know when and who I get to work with while at the Vancouver International PhotoShoot?

This is a very good question. We suggest that you contact the models or photographers or makeup/hair artists that you would like to work with and set something up between yourselves. Vancouver is your playground and you are only limited by your own imagination!


I am not from Vancouver, BC though would like to attend the Vancouver International PhotoShoot. Do you have any suggestions on accomodations for the area?
