A Review of Animal Farm

Animal Fram by George Orwell is a book that everyone over age 18 should read. If anyone is interested in how governments are affected by the residents and vice versa, then Animal Farm is the book for them. The main character, Napoleon, seems to be the typical good guy with the heart of gold, however, when he realizes that he must share power with those around him who are just as popular, he turns into the typical villan.

The other charcters such as Boxer a, a young horse, have smaller parts in the story and help to hold the reader's attention throughtout the entire story. Old Major is the perfect leader in both life and death. Even after he passed away, Major's words continue to have an impact on the animals as they continue to build a strong community on the farm. They are even inspired by Old Major. They even find a way to fight off two human attempts to take back the farm.

Orwell even shows the animal's emotional sides when Boxer shows remorse for killing a man during one of the attacks

The book is excellent and should be read by everyone.
