We were very honored to have been asked to present a Protective Strategies and Tactics program at the 23rd Annual Virginia Emergency Medical Services Symposium held in Norfolk Virginia on November 10th 2002. The program parcipents were very receptive to the ideas and methods presented. We thank all who parcipated.
