We ought to mention that most of our Team members do not have rich experience in these fields, but from my point of view, this is a quite rare (I would say) opportunity to improve ourselves and acquire more knowledge.

    In case you should come across hyper-links with educational/ sexual/ medical/ mystical - philosophical/ psychological/ scientific - technological/ military/ fashion/ commercial references, you should know from the start (so you do not accuse us later of hypocrisy) that such hyper-links will be displayed exclusively on behalf of our official campaign, having as main objective: the improvement of our technical gear, as we should say this Romanian semi-portal will expand (during the first phase) with about 15-20 accounts on GeoCities.Com (during the second phase, we are preparing a high-tech flash-type Web site).   Unfortunately, we must say that our current technical resources are low.

As far as the structure of our Team is concerned, some of our members are either students, unemployed youngsters, coming from different branches of our national educational system, but willing to have an important contribution to the development of technology, or people fond of journalism, history and many other related fields.     We should say, though, that this E-project is a quite hazardous one, in the way that it does not guarantee full success to any of its contributing members, as far as careers (which we aim at, or try to consolidate) are concerned, also.
    Currently, we need financial support in order to acquire a powerful server, as well as some other specialized software, with the required licenses (for now, most of us use the so-called "free-wares" and/ or "sharewares" from the "software" range).
    We do, however, reserve ourselves the right to keep confidential the way we share the possible profits we might gain. Thus, we should also mention here the fact that the enabling of this project was possible due to a mutual, verbal agreement, based on confidence, friendship and professional respect - we cannot afford (at least for the time being) to acquire full official status (no need to mention the reason, which is basically a financial one).

    As you must have already got acquainted to the way our Editorial Table is segmented, and I will not attempt to enter in details regarding its structure, as it would be a waste of time (you have the opportunity to analyze these details yourselves, anyway), so I will move further and present you the concepts contained in the title of this section.
    Firstly, the editorial (and unilateral) policy of "Erigona - Galladriela" E-project is entirely drawn up by the Initiator, being based exclusively on an idea of the undersigned.

    Now, that everything has become clear to you, there is one more thing we would like to add: the Administrative Team (we are talking here about the editors) of the "Erigona - Galladriela" E-project will be at your service as long as you will provide us with the necessary feed-backs, in other words as long as you will honor us with your criticism (both pro and against), but necessarily with civilized and pertinent arguments.   In case you decide to call upon our educational services for a certain amount of time (one year, for example), we will accept your requests, should they be in concordance with our own Policy.
    Moreover, if one of our Team members should take the decision of abandoning the E-project, their works (in Web architecture, for example) will be saved until they make the express request that the respective materials should be withdrawn from the public access (the final word in this matter I have it, though).
    Another issue, rather delicate and worthy of bringing forward is that of "hacking", which we WILL NOT tolerate under any circumstance.
Provided some of our collaborators should utterly break this unilateral Policy, they will bear the natural (and logical) consequence of being subject to immediate exclusion from our Team (exceptionally, still, they will not lose their right to maintain their works displayed on our Web pages).
All (eventual) complains will be carefully analyzed and taken into account, should we find them worthy of our attention.
