TRACK SET #1

TRACK 1 These investigators went to the murder scene and chose these 5 items out of all the items to come back and be analyzed.  Here is what was found... 1.  Trash can in the bar area, which had the following items...5 cups, 1 broken champagne bottle, a bloody towel with two different blood types on it (One belonging to Chantel Williams, the other to Frank O'Connor). 6. Middle File Cabinet Drawer.  The drawer was broken into and found a large amount of picture albums inside.  Each one had many revealing pictures inside.  The happenings in these pictures were obviously taken by someone secretly watching.  Here are the contents of these photos... Alexis Randolph having affairs with Bobby Eros, Andrew Collins, Drew Pruett, and Gerald Parker.  Vera Wargrave having affairs with Dr. Armstrong, Simon Gilliard, and Henry Randolph.  Britney Eros having affairs with Reverend Simpson and Andrew Collins.   Juliette Randolph having affairs with Simon Gilliard and Reverend Simpson.  Chantel Williams having affairs with Drew Pruett, Reverend Simpson, and Andrew Collins.  There are various dates on each picture. 9.  Business Records Book found in Frank's desk.  Many receipts, none concerning the bar's transactions.  There are various large payments from people in the town to Frank O'Connor. 11.  Leather scraps torn on glass.  They are plain leather scraps off of any leather jacket.  Very Worn Out. 12.  Letter on Frank's desk.  Here is what is written on the letter... "Dear Danny, The plan's going great.  Everything is going exactly as planned.  The money is going into that account you suggested but there's one person standing in our way.  We must get rid of them soon. -You know "Who" TRACK 2 The following alibi's were found by these investigators... Sierra Reynolds Sierra has a very questionable alibi.  She says that she was at the party and got very drunk.  She passed out and woke up at an undetermined hour.  She then went to the hotel where she drank more and passed out again.  She woke up in the morning and was informed about what happened the night before.  Interesting points: -she doesn't remember anything that happened -she remembers seeing Bobby Eros, Drew Pruett, or Frank O'Connor "doing some business" when she was at the hotel - she has no one that can back her alibi - Andrew Collins, her husband, would not help us but she would. Vera Wargrave Vera claims to have been with Dr. Armstrong all night.  She claims to have gone to the party and talked to the doctor while the very wild party was happening.  She claims that many people were drunk and that she left at about 11 p.m.  The doctor drove her home, she read, watched t.v., and went to bed.  Interesting points: -she mentions an incident that happened at Forbite, North Dakato -her and Dr. Armstrong share a gun - she thinks that Frank deserved to die. Bobby and Britney Eros Bobby and Britney were together and left the bar, as soon as it closed.  They then went to their house since Britney had a doctor's appointment.  Just a regular check-up.  Bobby went back at 5 a.m. when he got a call telling him there was a pool of blood at the bar. Dr. Lawrence Armstrong Interesting points: -He would always wait awhile to answer questions or answer questions with a question. TRACK 3 Investigation of Alexis Randolph When we first went to try and talk to her, noone answered.  When we went around and looked in the window we saw Alexis and Bobby Eros doing the nasty.  Diego took a picture and then accidently fell as Bobby left and Alexis went to her diary.  We agreed that we NEEDED to get that diary.  When we talked to her at the police station she seemed very suspicious.  She said that she loved Frank and could tell us the exact amount that they were together and at first got very choked up and then could care less.  They were together 18 months and 15 days before he died.  She said that they started as friends and then they became intimate and he was one of the best lovers ever, even though we saw her with Bobby Eros.  She told us that Geral Parker was always jealous of Frank's good business but that was his only "enemy", but that Geral would never kill anyone.  He was well-liked according to her but the doctor told him not to be so rowdy but that was just the "generation gap".  Alexis then said that her father probably didt it, but had no good reason for it.  He is just a short tempered man that disapproved of her and Frank going out.  Her alibi is that she was across the street at the hotel when Frank came up missing.  When asked about who was there that could prove her alibi she said "Bobby Eros...Andrew Collins...maybe Britney Eros too...Chantel...Gerald...or was he...i dunno".  When asked about the Eros' she said that Britney was very quiet and moralsome but that good girls were not fun.  She said that Bobby was very meek and quiet and they had casual meetings in public but we never asked where she met him.  She said that men are only good because someone had to be the daddy.  I asked her if that's how she felt about Frank and she said that her and Frank were best friends too.  I asked about her mom and she said that her mom is just like her...I dunno if that's good or bad yet.  I asked her to tell us about herself and she perked up and told us she was the hottest girl in town and all the guys want her and that she's a secretary at the church.  I also asked if Frank had any life insurance and she never gave a clear cut answer.  Just that he has family in Rhode Island and they may know.  One last thing, when we got close to closing the investigation, she said that she had to go to work and then a few minutes later said that she had to go pay bills.  Not sure what to think about this one.
