TRACK 3

TRACK #1

Justin calls the doctor to set up an appointment to look at the autopsy reports of Frank O'Connor and Chantel Williams.  The doctor has just finished typing the reports and gives the information over the phone.  He confirms that  the cause of death of Frank was not a gunshot wound to the midsection.  Excessive bleeding was.  A mark of an X was cut on his midsection almost as if he was branded by the killer.  Cause of death of Chantel Williams was excessive bleeding, strangulation, and brain damage (due to a harsh blow to the head.)  She also had the marking of the X sliced into her midsection, with a number 2 above it.

The doctor also said that a birth certificate could not be found for Frank O'Connor.  He called Forbite courthouse and there was none on file for that name.  There was for Danny and Johnny O'Connor(guys from the O'Connor massacre)  but no Frank.  He wrote up a death certificate for Frank anyway.

TRACK #2

This track Alex and Earl had to decide on which to people to protect.  They decided right away to protect Officer Dudley due to him knowing so much about the murders.  They decided not to protect Liza Simpson because she was away at college and felt she was in no danger.  They thought about it for awhile and decided to protect the youngest of the Simpson children...Mary.  Afterall if she was murdered.  It would be most detremental to the Reverend.

As Detective J goes over the two names he's interrupted by the shrill of the phone.  It's Drew Pruett.  Jacob Wright was expected to come to dinner and did not show.  Drew went to his house.  When he arrived he found the door had been busted to Jacob's house.  He went inside and found Jacob lying on the floor with a rope tied around his neck.  There was no pulse found.  The marking of the killer (X) was cut into his chest with a number 5 above it.  A letter from the killer was found close by.
"The innocent was killed, for an affair he did not have.  You stupid investigators, you'll soon be dead."
The investigators feel they have been tricked.

TRACK #3

Frank/Bobby/Alexis/Reverend Connection:
Diego decides to do some investigating on his own, which he soon finds out is a big mistake.   He attempts to call Alexis' house and there is no answer so he goes over to do some investigating.  He knocks at the door and Alexis answers.  She tells him it's not a good time but invites him in anyway.  Shortly after she excuses herself and this gives Diego ample time to search for that missing diary entry.  He finds it and is in the process of reading it when he hears voices.  He then passes out...

When he comes to, he doesn't know where he is.  He takes a look around at his surroundings and comes to the conclusion that he is in an abandoned warehouse.  He has been tied to a chair bound with ropes with his hands behind him.  He screams out for someone but no answer.  Soon a voice is heard and he becomes quiet.  It's the voice of Alexis Randolph.  "WHY? WHY DID YOU HAVE TO HURT HIM?  HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!!!"  She screams. Diego fakes faint.   "HE CAN'T KNOW IT....COME ON!"

He then hears Alexis stomping off and the screeching of the tires.  Footsteps are coming nearer to him but then walk around him and proceed outside.  A little while later more footsteps can be heard.  They stop right behind Diego.  He tries to turn his head but a pain enables him from doing so.  Another pair of footsteps is heard and walk in front of him.  It's Reverend Simpson.  The guy from behind Diego walks around and Diego realizes it's Bobby Eros.  They begin to taunt Diego about his choice on coming along  and ask wasn't it enough what happened to Jeremy.
A voice is then heard from above...
"PEASANTS! DEGRADABLE SOULS!
LET HIM GO!  HE IS NO GOOD TO US!"
Reverend Simpson and Bobby Eros offer their apologies to their boss and he becomes angry once more.
"LET HIM GO NOW!  HE WILL DIE LATER!!!
DO NOT WORRY!  JUST LET HIM GO!"
The Reverend and Bobby beg for mercy as Diego is let g
o.  As he runs from the warehouse the voice booms..."THE INNOCENT SHALL DIE!"
