What You Need:
1/2 cup hot water
10 tbsp. quick oats
1/2 apple (cored, don't peel)
2 heaping Tbsp. plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. honey
1 egg white
What to Do
Combine hot water and oats; stir until smooth. Let stand for 5 minutes - water is absorbed completely and mixture resembles a paste. Mix remaining ingrediants in a blender for 30 to 45 seconds. Add oatmeal mixture and blend for 10 to 20 seconds. Evenly apply mask to entire face and sit for 10-20 seconds. Evenly apply mask to entire face and sit for 10 to 15 minutes (just until skin begins to feel tight). Rinse with warm water. (Makes enough for about three aplications.)
