		Challenge 3: AFFORDABLE MULTI-UNIT HOUSING Vision Visions Five will make significant contribution to creating a housing stock in its area adequate to the needs citizens of all income levels. Significant numbers of children and elderly persons will be housed in safe, clean, affordable, comfortable housing to meet his or her needs because of the efforts of Visions Five. Actions 1. Cooperate with faith based organizations and state and federal agencies to have notable impact on the long range housing plan for the region. 2. Obtain funding for and build or renovate at least two multi-unit affordable housing complexes over the next five years.
