It is 9 AM on Tuesday, the 3rd day of October, of the year 3212.
Earth Time: Sat Aug 04 20:19:47 2001

Onidracoss tells the guild,
'First order of business is Officership.  A lot of people would like to be an officer in this guild, which makes me proud. Recruiting is a huge part of being an officer. We need people whom can recruit well.'
Dinaf tells the guild,
'I think we should do Officership by recruiters by race.  We should make Officership by race for ease of recruiting.'
Onidracoss tells the guild,
'Officers will now be chosen by the officers in a meeting, we will take names of those who wish to represent the Visions, and than vote.'
Tetsusaru tells the guild,
'I agree with Oniboss.  An officer's meeting needs to take place to discuss officers.'
Saibok tells the guild,
'I agree, officers should meet separately about recruiting plans.'
Palios tells the guild,
'I meet a lot of people because I travel a lot and am on a lot. Also I am always in a group.'
Dinaf tells the guild,
'I travel a lot so I can be a good recruiter.'
Dinaf tells the guild,
'Officers should also be the high leveled members of the guild.'
Onidracoss tells the guild,
'All good points and all is being noted, but also it is how a person interacts with his guild mates.'
Tetsusaru tells the guild,
'If you read the website, there's a quote by one Shaador Doomscale about leadership.  That holds true.'
Onidracoss tells the guild,
'Tetsusaru and Ssalmira are high council, they are a very important part of guild. They are here for those when I cannot be, I am not always on and I trust them and the way they will handle the guild in my absence.'

Tashi tells the guild,
'I have a question.  Have we set a level limit for this guild.'
Onidracoss tells the guild,
'That will be next point of order, a level cap.'
Saibok tells the guild,
'We should not let those below level 5 in the guild, it should not be a matter of joining because they happen to be there, we need dedicated players.'
Dinaf tells the guild,
'Saibok is right.'
Tetsusaru tells the guild,
'Dedicate players is right!'
Dinaf tells the guild,
'I was in a guild that thought getting as many people in the guild would make it good.  It just causes chaos.'
Tashi tells the guild,
'I would say level 10 to give people time to decide if the game is for them and determine a personality for their character.'
Malhavoc tells the guild,
'I say the level cap should be 10+.  10+ players know what they are doing more. They don't mess around and can go on more raids.'
Onidracoss tells the guild,
'So it shall be level 10 with exception, of twinks and at the moment clerics, enchanters, wizards and druids. In order for us to truly gain power we must get more casters. We are at the levels now where we can travel to the far lands and recruit more powerful classes.'
Saibok tells the guild,
'I agree with the boss, we need more pure casters.'
Tashi tells the guild,
'Then we need to use what we have already, they can go abroad and bring us more.'
Dinaf tells the guild,
'That is why I suggest racial Officership.'
Onidracoss tells the guild,
'As I said, we are noting all.'
Saibok tells the guild,
'How many officers do we have now?'
Tetsusaru tells the guild,
'That's a good question, Saibok.'

Tetsusaru tells the guild,
'How would we come across to those that fear the dark to get more casters...  People out there think we're an all Iksar guild.'

Saibok tells the guild,
'I also think we should limit ourselves to 2 chars in the guild so that we can achieve power by level.'

Tashi tells the guild,
'How is leadership structured?  I know you lead, Onidracoss, but how are the ranks structured?  We need discipline in our ranks and commitment.'
Onidracoss tells the guild,
'Very true, Tashi, and we are in the middle of structuring ranks so, please, hang in there.'
Palios tells the guild,
'I hate to pull on Dinaf and my own chains but, as cleric and enchanter usually we have to take on leadership role.'
Dinaf tells the guild,
'Yes, clerics and enchanters also sacrifice themselves a lot.'

Tashi tells the guild,
'I have committed myself to this guild, Onidracoss.  I will live or die by it.'
Onidracoss tells the guild, 'That is what I like to hear.'

Palios tells the guild,
'I am always committed, you found that out when we hunted.'

Dinaf tells the guild,
'Well, I think the officers have a lot to think about and should be coming to a decision.'
Onidracoss tells the guild,
'And we shall, Dinaf.'
Tashi tells the guild,
'In time, we will be a great guild, but we must weed out the uncommitted.'

Onidracoss tells the guild,
'And it also helps to tell friends.  Never be afraid to talk about the guild to group mates or anyone who asks.  This is our family.'
Tetsusaru tells the guild,
'BE PROUD TO BE A VISION'
Palios tells the guild,
'BLOOD AND GLORY!'
Tashi tells the guild,
'Blood & Glory / Honor to the Visions / Power to the bringers of Disorder.'

Onidracoss tells the guild,
'Okay, the level cap has been set at 10 with the exception of casters, and officers will be voted on by the other officers.'

Onidracoss tells the guild,
'Okay, the next order of business: Trade skills. On our website we have a list of who does what.  We need to know who is doing what.'
Palios tells the guild,
'Yes, I have to get my Enchant Metal spells. I’ll be making newbie jewelry to hand out. I just need to learn how to do it since I have NO clue. I will make jewelry.'
Saibok tells the guild,
'Blacksmith wannabe here.'
Dinaf tells the guild,
'I am working on languages I know many fairly well.'
Tashi tells the guild,
'We need tailors, blacksmiths, and jewelers.  These three trades I feel are key to guild survival.'
Saibok tells the guild,
'We should not neglect tailoring for the monks.'
Ssalmira tells the guild,
'We can give away at lower levels, but the higher level items are expensive to make.'
Tetsusaru tells the guild,
'As most of you know, I am Tailoring and Brewing.'
Onidracoss tells the guild,
'Don’t forget how important shamans are. Gate potions will save us melee classes some day.'
Saibok tells the guild,
'Yes, potions.'
Argathis tells the guild,
'As soon as I turn 30, I can make potions. I will make any potion for our guild for free.'
Tashi tells the guild,
'I agree, but tailors and smiths can make and build armor and that makes for good newbie gifts, bringing in our younger members.'
Tetsusaru tells the guild,
'Tailoring will also bring us weight reducing bags and other items that are useful.'
Onidracoss tells the guild,
'We still need bakers, potters and such, so please invest some time in trade skills.'
Dinaf tells the guild,
'We need bakers and potters, why?'
Onidracoss tells the guild,
'There are foods that add stats and pottery will save a rogue a lot of cash.'
Saibok tells the guild,
'Certain high level quests require baking and pottery and poison vials can be made for rogues’ poisons.'
Tashi tells the guild,
'I can brew somewhat and tailoring raw silk is not a problem.'
Tetsusaru tells the guild,
'Trade skills are excellent for the guild...  we can give stuff away, but some of the supplies we need are expensive...  maybe we could have a wholesale price...?'

Onidracoss tells the guild,
'Next order of business: RAIDS.'
Dinaf tells the guild,
'We can't raid anything major yet, we don't have enough high levels.'
Onidracoss tells the guild,
'We are getting up in levels and are starting to have 9+ members on all the time.'
Tetsusaru tells the guild,
'It's not just about raids in dungeons, but events...  we could have tournaments, scavenger hunts...  etc.'
Tashi tells the guild,
'What of the mighty Kurn’s Tower?  Is it the time to lay its undead to waste?  And remember, sometimes sheer numbers can overwhelm even the most skilled.'
Ssalmira tells the guild,
'Even a low level group can do a lot if well balanced and focused.'
Onidracoss tells the guild,
'Kurn’s Tower would be an easy one for us. Once we have a strong play base, events will be more common.'

Tashi tells the guild,
'What about monks getting together to complete quest items?'
Ssalmira tells the guild,
'That is a good idea for any class.'
Onidracoss tells the guild,
'Yes, so far the guild has done Koresh Blackhand for the warriors.'
Saibok tells the guild,
'We should help each other on class quests regardless of what class you might be. Especially when some of us start our epics.'
Ssalmira tells the guild,
'Epics are a long way of for most of us.'
Saibok tells the guild,
'Yes, but not out of mind.'
Onidracoss tells the guild,
'Definitely not out of mind, Saibok. This is where the message board comes in play.  Put down when you will be on and what quest, and we will respond to board with replies. The first part of the structure is to post messages on the boards.  With more of us on it, that’s more of us that know what’s going on.'

Saibok tells the guild,
'For our weaker members, I suggest a trip to Highhold Pass for Shralok backpacks.'
Onidracoss tells the guild,
'That can be arranged, Saibok.'

Tetsusaru tells the guild,
'I would like to add that there has to be more on the message boards.  We can't know what people need if there is no message'
