Stephannie has been dancing since she was a wee little bairn, having been privately tutored in irish dancing until she moved to California, where she created and directed the New Celts Celtic Troupe (no longer active). In June of 2001, she performed a solo tour in Ireland as a guest artist at several of the cabarets and irish shows, after which she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she now teaches irish dancing, directs Visions of Erin, and dances for the Wild Celts at jack's Irish Pub every Friday night.
She is also a professional ballet dancer, having been trained by the Kirov Ballet. She has danced with, among others, Pacific Ballet, Western Ballet, and the Almaden Ballet Theatre (which she directed for several years before moving from the Bay Area). Stephannie is also trained in jazz, hip hop, lyrical, modern, belly dancing, and more. She twirls and breathes fire, is working with Jeff McBride as a magcian's assistant for a new show premiring soon, and is a professional costumer.
Stephannie has been teaching all forms of dance for more than five years, and her students are grand prize winners in competitions. Some of her students have gone on to dance with GaelForce, San Francisco Ballet, and other prestegious companies.
