Travel in Europe: Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3-- With my current job in Munich, I am incredibly lucky to be able to travel all over Europe.  Because Munich is so centrally located, every major city is within two hours by plane.  Just think--Paris, London, Rome, Milan, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Brussels--and even Munich itself--are temptingly close.  Here is where I will put my ongoing travel experiences... Travel in the US-- Some of my favorite cities in the world are in the US.  After living in New York City and San Francisco for 10 years, I definitely got a good feel for those amazing cities.  In my marketing job at Intel, I was lucky to travel all over the US--averaging over 50,000 air miles a year.  And with friends and family scattered all over the 50 states, I did a lot of "extended" weekends.  Check out my August 2000 California visit, and my Holiday trips to California and Arizona.  Update 6/02--10-year college reunion!
