Ingredients 2 large chicken breast 6 portions soft cheese ( la vache qui rit) ¼ of yellow capsicum (pepper) ¼ of orange capsicum 1 onion olive oil Method Chop the capsicums (peppers) & onion. Fry them in a little butter until they become soft. Mash the cheese portions and mix with the peppers & onion, already fried. Pocket the chicken (make a little hole, if possible), and stuff the cheese in the breast. Fry in olive oil for a few minutes on both sides, and continue cooking in a hot oven for about 25-30 minutes. Serve with mushroom sauce, roast potatoes and salad.
