Rabbit

Fried rabbit

Ingredients

1 rabbit

Garlic

salt

Method

Fry the rabbit in olive oil and garlic and salt. Brown it from both sides. Cook for about 30 minutes or until the meat is tender.

Sauce For rabbit (pasta)

Ingredients

2 onions

Garlic

Carrots

Peas

Bay leaf

Tomatoes

Curry (½ a teaspoon0

Mixed herbs (½ a teaspoon)

200ml. red wine

Worchester sauce

1 stock cube

Salt

Method

Fry all the rabbit pieces (first method). Chop and fry the onions and garlic. Add the red wine and a dash of worchester sauce. Add the curry, mixed herbs, stock cube and bay leaf. Finally add the tomatoes chopped and all the rest together. Cook for about 15 minutes. Then simmer for 1 hour and a half. Serve with boiled spaghetti.
