After the recent upheaval of a court appearance in connection with tax fraud allegations, KISAKI, bassist of Phantasmagoria and the manager of the Undercode label has decided to retire from the stage. The precise reasons are not stated although perhaps it is not too surprising since KISAKI has stated from the start that Phantasmagoria was to be his 'Final Band'. In likely consequence of this, Phantasmagoria are disbanding.























Their final single to be released on July 18th is a re-recording of an old song Kami Uta and will be accompanied by both a new song and a video for Kami Uta.























Phantasmagoria are to embark upon two finale tours. The first Last Letters will be a Event Tour where Phantasmagoria will perform along with other bands, and finally a one-man tour Crystal Finale from July 30th to August 27th. The Last Live will be performed at Shibuya AX in Tokyo.
