The rules are very simple,just take a photo on you or someone else in Full halloween/cos play outlet,all kinds of outlets are allowed,it does not have to be a j-rock artist you try to be,it can be anything you ever think of ^_^,
the winner(s) will be announced on 2^nd of November and last day to send pictures is November 1^st ,since most halloween parties are on october 31^st I think it will be enough time.

Some Rules you need to follow:
o All pics must be in .jpg or .gif format,any .bmg,or other type files will directly be deleted.
o The pics shall not be to big,size 400 x 600 are Ideal!,and quality don't have to be high.
o When you leave pictures,remember to write your name,so i can know who they're from.
