The Flash
Jay Garrick was a college student helping his professor with
some experiments into the properties of ‘hard water’ (obviously a pseudonym for
something else), when he accidentally spilled some samples and was overcome by
fumes. When he awoke, he had become the Fastest Man on Earth!

Notes: The Flash’s
Containment power represents his ability to stop damage in an area, somehow,
some way. It could involve catching a fusillade of bullets, running around in
a circle to trap someone in a whirlwind, throwing sand up in the air to
dissipate laser blasts, or even building a brick wall to block an attack in a
fraction of a second (although it wouldn’t remain standing). His Super Speed ability
allows him to run at over 800 mph, and has the Attack quality so that he can
soon learn the Mach-One Punch power stunt. |
