THE BEST AND MOST BEAUTIFUL THINGS IN THE WORLD CANNOT BE SEEN OR EVEN TOUCHED.  THEY MUST BE FELT WITH THE HEART.

- Helen Keller

this started with the desire to understand the story behind the film <<the hours>>.  figured it would be easirer to understand words in the fiction rather than scenes from the movie.  knew, however, that i would have to read both <<the hours>> and <<mrs. dalloway>> to get the whole picture.  and as you all know, i like things to be complete.  so…quitted the book before even finishing chapter 1.  waiting for a time when i’m free enough to finish two books in a row.

i guess i should be picking thinner books and those not yet seen in movies.

…so much to be read, but so little time.

btw, the best thing about a plane flight is the quiet time for reading, which you won't get in everyday life. i was able to finish one book on a trip, so it's 2 books for a round-trip. good deal.
