救命

seldom have i been the one to be longing to see a chinese movie. and of course, i was lured by the cast. but this time, even my fav actresses 李心潔and 林嘉欣 can’t save that movie. i like both of them, and 心潔’s acting is unquestionable. (嘉欣’s green acting, on the other hand, is totally incomparable to hers.)

the movie is a typical 港產片that aims to scare the audience by the usual gimmicks --- sudden pop-ups and sound effects. the plot is easily guessed (i even guess another line of the plot, which i thought it’s much better. i tend to do that. :P).

there’s an interesting audience effect the nite i saw it though. (it’s quite a late show, 11pm to be exact, and it’s a friday nite, so there’s more ppl in the theatre.) while the girl in front was busy -ing into the arms of the guy next to him, with “sound effects” and all, the guy behind us laughing at every scene. (??) aii’m still not used to the hk audiences.

to conclude, don’t buy a tic to see it in theatre, and don’t buy a dvd either. wait for a few months and until its vcd is cheap enough to be bought and seen once. the only comment while watching the movie is “救命呀﹗幾時完呀?” (i’m exaggerating…it’s not THAT bad…)
