Personal Info: VInce was born in the year 2032 about 32 years from our time in the Tenchi Muyo series. He was born during the beginings of the Third World War. In this time the world is cut up into contenents or factions in which one country controls most of the others in the continent. The conitnents declared war on eahcother about a month after Vince was born and launched Necromancers at key place in the world. A necromancer was a new Anti-matter-matter bomb and it shaped Vinces future in turning Japan into a desert, and Manhatten and California into sea's. After the first stikes and the first deaths to these large bombs, the land war began quick and furious. On many of the aspiring continents. After a year of this trial by fire, the earths leaders faced with anihalation, declared peace when Vince was 1 years old.

Vince grew up in this harsh enviroment of peace, yet horrible conditions, where if u were not a comodity to the community, then u were banished to the black no mans land past the livable colnies. This produced a namd type of people who lived off of the settled peoples. When Vince was raised by his grandparents, because of his parents demise during the war or so he thought. When he was 15 he found in his grnadfather's old attic, a locket with pictures inside. One part behind his fathers war picture was sealed. He took it and thus kept it next to him through his trials. When Vince became a man he married and had a little daughter. About that time the Juraian Civil War ended with Ayeka the victor, she publicly excecuted her parents and then chased her sister to earth. After about a half hour of diplomecy from the Earthern ambassidors, she had them put to death and ordered the Juraian fleet to bombard the Earths surfarce. Vince's house was collapsed and set ablaze by the attack and he was thrown out of the house. His wife and daughter were caught in the house however and as he tried to lift some of it off them they died under the burning house. He was then knocked behind the head to save his own life and dragged to a feild station, his families screams echoing in his ears. He wandered for a bit until he was picked up by teh JUraian occupation testing facility where under the command of Washu, humans were tested on like gunnie pigs by her weird experiments. Vince helped lead the revolt and personally killed Washu. He carries the tag on his arm now. After that he wondered around the now Old Western type of soceity until Sasami united the Earth in it's counter strike. He helped build many of the ships and became a leader in many of the assasination attemps on Ayeka. They all failed. He was being transported for the invasion of Jurai and saw the proud Juraian fleet burn into Jupiter as Sasami helped the Earthern fleet beat the once invicible Juraian armada. Vince was one of the first to go in when they invaded Jurai. Humans took revenge on Jurai by burning, pillageing, and raping. Vince simply allowed his men to do the deeds while he sat and thought of the justice and injustice of the matter. The rest of the war was quick as the out regions of the empire were taken out one by one with the last being the GP at the out regions of the galaxy.

Vince was wounded in this battle and was then put to command of a cruiser that had seen the battle around Jupiter and had been commisioned to patrol of the solar system. The war ended a day after he accepted this command with the Bizen Accords. Limiting Jurai to it's own space and setting the Solar System as a no tresspasing zone, to be monitored by Earthern military. Sasami was palced on the throne with Earhtern protection and Ayeka escaped to an unknown region. He now commands the U.E.S Saratoga in the outer reaches of the Solar System.

Expereince: Strengths:Crack shot (Level 6)and nerves of steel in combat. Good in command and can make quick accurate descisions.
Weaknesses:Has a weak spot for in need females. Has low temper rate. Still has guilt for letting his daughter die when she was mere inches from his rescue.
