Send a copy of the transcript to each member of council as well as: Lady Silverdawn:  lsd@fantasycastle.com Lazarus:  lazarus@fantasycastle.com This is only for serious infractions like fighting in the forest or someone being abusive and such and there isn't a guardian around to stop it.  Become well aquainted with the guardian list to make sure.
