Below
find information for how to complete each log from your group experience.
All
logs are due the day after the group activity was completed. If not turned in the day after the activity,
it will be accepted up to 3 days late for ˝ credit. After that, NO LOG WILL BE ACCEPTED for that
activity. The purpose behind that is so
that all logs are accurate reflections of your thoughts at the time of the
activity.
All
work must be typed. All work should be
done in Times New Roman size 10 (except for YOUR NAME which should be in size
16.) All page margins should be one
inch.
IF
YOU ARE ABSENT FOR MOST OR ALL OF A PARTICULAR LOG YOU CANNOT EARN FULL CREDIT
FOR IT. YOU CAN HOWEVER, EARN UP TO 70%
OF THE VALUE OF THE LOG BY GETTING THE INFORMATION FROM YOUR GROUP MATES AND
WRITING IT BASED ON THEIR THOUGHTS.
ATTENDANCE IS IMPORTANT AND REMEMBER WE WILL DO MOST LOGS AT THE
BEGINNING OF CLASS SO COMING IN LATE TO SCHOOL OR BEING ABSENT WILL HURT YOU.
IF
YOU HAVE CHRONICALLY ABSENT OR MISS TOO MANY LABS (NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR AT
LEAST 70% OF THE LABS), YOU WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF THE GROUP AND GIVEN AN
ALTERNATIVE PROJECT TO COMPLETE. FOR
POINTS ON EACH LAB YOU WOULD COMPLETE THEM INDIVIDALLY WHILE THE GROUPS
COMPLETE THEM IN GROPUS SO THAT YOU DON’T LOSE TOO MANY POINTS TOWARD YOUR
GRADE.
