MUSTANGS
This is my 1969 Mustang Mach1 which I took ownership of in October of 2001. The hunt was as thrilling as any car chase that I have seen. It was a lot of searching then getting close but to lose out in the final hours. When I bought the car it already had been restored minus a few things which I will gladly have fun fixing myself. I have to thank a good friend of mine Tom who just happened to live in Lexington Kentucky were the car was located. After talking to the seller I called Tom and said go have a look and see if I need to do anymore talking or keep looking. Well Tom called back and says "If I had the money you are looking at spending it would be sitting in my driveway"  when I asked what he meant he said the same thing. So I asked are you telling me I better keep talking to the guy? He said hell no you better just buy the darn thing. Well the next Saturday morning I was in Lexington at Toms who took me to the seller and we finalized the deal. Talk about a wild ride home. Its a little over 4 hours back home and it was worth every mile.
Whats under the Hood
