Chapter 2. Blood Red Rose
I take a few breaths to calm down
and sit down on the floor of my
room. I know I got a little carried
away. I broke my pattern and I
shouldn't have done that. Pattern is
important. Each day follow a sertain
pattern and that should not be
changed for any reason. Instability
is not good.
I managed to get back to my regular
schedule after a few days, but then
you just had to drop the next
surprise on me. You had bleached
your hair. Here I had thought you
couldn't get more beautiful and then
he drops this on me. I was blown
away.
I don't know why you are doing this
to me. Making me love you more than
my heart can handle. You smile at me
without thinking about what it does
to me. You hug me but you don't see
me more than as a friend. One day
will come when I can't stand it
anymore. I almost can't stand it
right now.
Your beauty is almost too much for
this world.
I can't take my eyes off you. I know
that we are meant to be together,
but you don't seem to think so.
Today's the day, I know it. I need
to have you. I need you to love me.
Now. Today.
I watch you as always, not able to
tear my eyes away from you. Your
hair shine in the sun, almost
outshining it. You smile at
something Reita says, but I can't
hear what. All I see is your lips
with that beautiful curve and your
laughter, resounding like thousand
tiny silver bells. I think I'll
invite you to my home tonight. We'll
have dinner with candles and whine
and afterwards I'll get to play my
own game.
I hear you calling and it's
needles and pins
The sun is just about to set and I'm
sitting on a rooftop across from
your apartment. The setting sun is
coloring the passing clouds red and
silver. The red light reminds me of
the beautiful color of blood. I
wonder what your blood will look
like. I wish you were here with me
to see this sunset, but don't worry.
Soon we'll have all the time in the
world.
I turn my gaze to the grey concrete
walls of your apartment. That place
is not fit for an angel, especially
not one as beautiful as you are.
You're sitting with your back turned
to the window and the last sun rays
are playing in your hair, making it
glow like gold. Fitting you.
The sun is finally gone and I make
my way down from the roof. I am
positive you will welcome me. After
all, to you I'm a friend. Well,
tonight that will change. Tonight I
will take you home and make you see
all the things you never knew about
before. I'll bring you to pleasure
and pain. See the beauty of your
blood. Make you experience that
feeling of peace after screaming. I
bet your scream is as beautiful as
the rest of you.
I want to hurt you just to hear
you screaming my name
I make my way through the crowd in
the street. There is always a crowd
in these streets when you live in a
city with about 30 Million
inhabitants. I see men going to the
bars after work, laughing and
talking together.
The landlord is watching television
and doesn't pay much attention to
anything else as I pass him. I know
the elevator to be out of order,
again, so I take the stairs up to
your apartment on the fourth floor.
The light is out on your floor but
I'm so familiar with these hallways
that I could find your door even ig
I was blindfolded.
I paus for a second to think about
what to say before knocking the
door. You open before long and you
seem surprised to see me.
”Aoi-kun?
What are you doing here?”
”I
was in the neighboorhood and thought
'Why don't I go and say Hi to Uru-san'.”
”Why
don't you come inside or would you
rather stand in the hallway all
night?”
I just smile and step through his
door. Your apartment looks the same
as usual and I sit down on your
couch, waiting for you.
”Would
you like something to drink, Aoi-san?”
”Sure.
Anything is fine.”
You bring two beers as you come into
the living room and sit down next to
me on the couch. We talk about this
and that for awhile and before long
both our beers are gone. My crawing
for your touch on me is getting
stronger by the minute and all I
want is to kiss those lips hard
enought to bruise, bite them hard
enough to draw blood. Your sweet
blood.
Don't want to touch you but
you're under my skin
I want to kiss you but your lips
are venomous poison
Two beers later and we can't stop
the giggling, but as you leave for
the bathroom my face grows serious
and from my pocket I take out a tiny
pill that will ensure your full, but
maybe not so aware, co-operation in
my little plan for us.
Not long after you had drained the
prepped beer you started giggling
like crazy and mumbling stuff to
yourself. You sit on the floor,
wiggling your toes and smiling so
beautifully. I go out into the
hallway and fetch your shoes, black
tennis shoes with silver stripes.
After putting them on your feet I
stand you up and walk you to the
door. You stumble a few times on the
way and fall out of the door, laying
giggling on the floor just outside
the door. I laugh with you as I pull
you off the floor and walk you down
the stairs.
”Uru-chan, you need to be quiet or
you'll wake the entire house,
dumbass.”
Of course this sets off another
spout of hysterical giggles as does
the curious look on the newly awoken
land lord's face.
”I'm sorry, sir. My friend got too
much to drink and I can't leave him
alone in his condition. I'll just
bring him to my place to sober up.
The old man just nods tiredly and
walks back into his apartment.
You're poison runnin' thru my
veins
You're poison, I don't want to
break these chains
Poison
