My visa was rejected under Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) under section 214(b); is the denial permanent or can I re-apply again?
The denial of visas under section 214(b) is not permanent. Most visas are denied under
section 214(b) of Immigration and Nationality Act (INA); failure to demonstrate intention not to immigrate to the US. Applicants may reapply on their own discretion. Visa seekers have to demonstrate their strong intention not to immigrate to the USA and will not engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity while in the US.
