Vladilen

Appearance

Full name ~ Vladilen Kamitrov
Age ~ Born 1532, but he only looks about 18-20 years old
Years Infected ~ 448
Species ~ wolf
Height ~
Eyes ~ Blue
Hair ~ Blond, shoulder length.
Anima ~ Takes on the appearance of a wolf, coated in silvery fur (that is really more like silk than anything else), and… well…. That’s about it. Eyes are usually a dark, cloudy grey, but if he’s in a good mood, they’ll be that pretty blue.
Beast ~ Standard… same coat/eye characteristics as anime…. Only this one's big and scary… stands about 8 feet high, thus not being the hugest of all beasts, nor is he exceptionally muscular for a beast… but he can still bite your head off.
Rank ~ None
Controlled by ~ Kyte

Hair so light a blond, it often looks white in the wrong light. It hangs strait, about 5 inches past his shoulder, silky and lifeless, usually pulled back into a braid. His eyes are a crystal blue, clear as a mountain stream, and beyond the definition ‘beautiful’, but, on his vilest days, they take on all the shades of crematorium smoke. Face is just a little bit gaunt, finely and femininely built, assisted by a willowy aristocrat’s body (not without muscles, I note). He has slender hands, and… (this is going to sound random, but) a neck that turns everybody on. (Okay, explaination: His hands, face and his neck are the only pieces of skin that aren’t always covered up with something. You learn to notice his hands and his neck- especially if you’re a vampire.)

A suit of some sort, almost always, though the cultural influences change periodically, and he often wears them in a color other than the standard. One will come to notice that he never wears the same suit twice (though, designs for suits don’t vary that greatly… daresay it’s just the little things that change). If you’re “Lucky, and very, very persuasive…” he might run around in leather pants for you. But he’s probably just in the process of seducing you, and…well… you won’t live to tell anybody how great he looks in those tiny, tiny pants of his.

About

Vladilen was just 15 when Ivan the Terrible came into his reign, and, to all horrors, he was set to be one of Ivan’s greatest adversaries. After all, he was a young, arrogant, and slightly too outgoing aristocrat, just about to come into his disgustingly large inheritance and quite a lot of political power (Vladilen was the oldest son, and Papa was going downhill). And so, the two got locked into a political battle, forcing Vladilen to drop the remainder of is youth in exchange for the abilities to save the life of his family. Well, you can probably guess that Vladilen was never executed, though he did manage to get himself some lunar genes and a second personality. After that, Vladilen spent his life holding his hands in Russian politics, marrying countless broads and spawning a number of sons that always seemed to obtain his exact appearance, and that, miraculously, always rose up to be just the kind of man their ‘father’ was. Well... we could go into every aspect of Russian history, but you can just figure what he did with his spare time, and what he was doing up until about now…

Once upon a time, Vladilen was the nicest guy you’d ever get the honor of meeting- the gentleman, the fun, lovably guy, who, if you wouldn’t call him perfect, he was just a little bit mischievous. In any case, utterly charming…. Well, that’s what we see most of the time today. However, he also has his dark, sadistic side- the side that rules the aristocrat from behind the curtains. He likes to torture people, and, even more, he likes to make people torture themselves. Manipulation is one of his finest talents, and so is killing (though he really doesn’t like to, not when they can be skinned alive). Though, honestly, the complications between his two halves is rather difficult to explain. Very rarely does the mean Vladilen surface, and when it does, only when nobody watching is planned to live. Usually, it manipulates the kinder side, using it as a shield for itself, acting dormant until the time comes to betray Vladilen. However, there are also times when the better side reins, pushing away the cruelty, even ignoring it, until it rises up again (usually with intent of making up for all it missed). Vladilen himself knows very little about this process, though he does know that many of the things he did he never really remembered wanting to do, and vice versa. So, being half aware of his own mind, he often takes extreme measures in the fringes of his two halves. When his dark side rules, he is extreme, torturing all and many until they wish they had a wall to beat their heads against. When his other side rules, his kindness is so strong, it’s almost overwhelming, and he takes himself beyond the limits to do good. The rest of the time, he just acts as he always used to…. But with a very dark purpose.

Persuasive words are his general strongpoint, especially when accompanied by that lovely, lovely *licks the spoon* Russian Aacceeentt…, but if you’re too hectic for listening, he keeps a supped up German Ludger tucked into his quote. And, In Other Cases……… Back in the days when sparring was a fashionable thing for men to do, he was the man who never lost, though, I wouldn’t expect to see him carrying his rapier around any day (though, inside his house, he has a great many mounted on his walls) Beast form not to be overlooked, though, sharesay, it’s quite a damper to my composition. Certainly we can talk this through…. Beware, and watch that you do not become an ingredient of his next transmutation. And, once being the good friend of a rather babbly chemist, he has quite the way with… deadly chemicals. “Poison is my friend,” and he knows how to use it. Though, generally, he will seduce you, first, and only then proceed to shove various chemicals down your throat in the form of “My finest wine…. I hope you don’t mind a few additives….”. Did I forget to mention the sudden, and inexplicable death of some very good friends? Oh, and, while nobody ever mentions it, and it hasn’t been put to work for a good hundred years or so, he shatters faces with his fist.

Skills and Powers

Is an alchemist, and a fairly skilled one, at that. However, as for all alchemists, it takes him quite bit of premeditation and work to create a successful transmutation, and also requires that he has the right… materials…
