The FIRA Junior World Cup

The Namibian under 19 rugby team is set to make their debut in in the 2002 FIRA Junior World Cup that takes place in Italy during March and April. The Namibian team will play in the B leg of the tournament hoping to achieve a first or second position so they will Qualify for the A leg during the next tournament

They will compete in the against Poland on the 20th of March in their opening match. The other Teams in their group are Paraguay, Litaue, Marokko, Trinidad and Tobago,Tunisia and Spain. The winner of their group will play against the winner of the second group consisting of to decide who will be the winner of the B Leg.
