My grandfather died in my fathers arms in his home of heart failure, cause of heart failure was due to lack of sleep,he was afraid to go to sleep,for fear of dying in his sleep,which put stress on his heart.I loved this man dearly,we were very close even tho he could be a onry cuss,we did alot of fishing together,on the colorado river in Blythe Calif,were he lived at one point in his life.He also owned a landscaping business and did very well making pretty good money.This man could not drink a beer,he thought he was invinsible and tried to take on the world,he was a good natured person,who loved his family,had alot of humor,loved to pull stunts on people.I can remember alot of times we sat in his front room with our fishing poles sitting in his doorway,into the river with bells on it,and sat there and caught fish all day why we watched TV.Have copies of his ssi application,dated Dec 5,1936,# 554-10-8763,lived at 1318 Washington,Venice,Calif.was 33 yrs old worked at Harmon Pacific Co.422 East 3 street,Los Angelas,Calif.He was also in the Guiness book of records,we estimate,between 1930-35,in Kansas for skating down a 20 ft pole,4 inch diameter,and jumped 14 chairs,looking for that book at this time.He looked like Rev.Richard.

Hattie Higginbotham. had a daughter they raised Mary Alice Higginbotham,who married my uncle above Orvan Dwayne Bradley Jr. and had 1 child together Doreen Bradley.
