 In other stories today British Columbian officials are reportedly still deep in negotiations following last week's crisis situation involving the postal rates for inter-provincial parcels. Canada Post's Greg Peterson announced: "We are quite confident that the post-Christmas rates will be more than adequate for any parcels shipped to Montreal and do not expect to have to double our parcel-carrying fleet."
