Directions:

  From I-95, go East on International Speedway Blvd. (US 92) to Clyde Morris Blvd.  Turn left (North) on N. Clyde Morris Blvd. to Pinecrest Ave or the main entrance at the first traffic light and turn right. 

From State Road 40 (Ormond Beach). go South on Clyde Morris Blvd.  Turn left on Pinecrest Ave or at the main entrance of Halifax Hospital Medical Center. 

From Port Orange, go North on Clyde Morris Blvd.  Turn right on Pinecrest Ave. or at the Main entrance of Halifax Medical Center.
