Somebody asked Master:"Busy at work, how does one take time to practise?"
You can try to make use of 3 to 5 minutes when you are at your work, travelling in a bus to practise
meditation. Start to relax the body, take a deep breath, focus on the present....this will help your
tired body to regain its vigor. Make time for yourself for at least 15 minutes each day...you will
feel the peace and joy...
