The emphasis is to place the mind fully in the experience whether be it walking, running, dancing, washing
dishes, tea-making, flower arrangement or gardening. Live in the moment, not in the past nor the future.
Moment to moment, be clear about what you are doing and maintain a clear mind.
In Japan, you hear about people practising Zazen. Zen meditation is just sitting. There is no
need to make special effort to do anything else. By paying attention to your breath, your true nature
will slowly appear.
Just as in any task that you want to succeed in doing, there are 3 fundamental principles to know:
1) Great Faith
2) Great Doubt
3) Great Courage/Effort
