My heartfelt thanks to Abraham, Jim Freeheart, Joe Peterson, Paula, Connee,Susan James, Trixi, everyone on the Abraham list both past and present, and to all the miracle workers in my experience for teaching me so much. I have devoted my entire adult life to understanding the deliberate creation of our heart's desires, and the following summarizes my best understanding of how to do it. My best advice is to keep it simple and stay in touch with the higher frequencies of your heart--love, kindness, ease, peace, genuineness.I believe in love, and I believe in miracles.

1. Find your heart's desire.

What do you really want?

What talent wants to express?

What would get you up on your tiptoes with anticipation,

love, and joy?

2. Focus on the essence of what you want.

List the qualities or characteristics you want in your dream.

For example,

when I first wanted to live in a foreign country, I began to focus on

Switzerland. Then I decided to be more general and open--to simply

focus on the qualities I wanted in my experience: to live with a loving

family, to live in a beautiful setting, to be surrounded by people who

loved teaching their native language and culture, and to have lots of

free time. This approach gave the Universe flexibility in delivering

the ideal circumstances to me. What arrived was better than I could

have imagined.

3. Write it down in 25 words or less

4. Send up a rocket of desire.

A. Focus on what you want until you feel a current of energy, a tingling,

an inner joy, the singing of your heart.

B. If you feel stressed, strained, or worried, then back off. Take a nap,

watch a movie, go for a walk in nature, take no actions toward

creating your dream. Take only those actions that feel absolutely

easy, inspired, light, loving, and like the logical next step. Do not

push. If you feel like pushing, stop. Back off. Enter the silence

and create a new vacuum for the inspiration to fill.

C. Keep this whole process simple. Trust your own wisdom and

your own instincts and your own guidance. Don't go looking

to quote chapter and verse from Abraham or anyone else. All

Abraham really wants to do is to inspire us to see the magic

of our own being. This is it. This is all we need to know.
