Notes:
After Summertime, David Russel is brought out on stage.  MS 'He is the only other person I'll Allow to touch this microphone besides me of course.  Today is David's birthday.  He is 17 years old today.  David is a member of the union, I want to stress that point.'  He then goes on with the usual end-of-show remarks thanking the opening band, Holsapple, plugging Greenpeace, and bashing Exxon 'Fourthly, maybe not most important, but it is kind of important, for reasons--for multiple reasons--I'm not even going to get into it.  Two words: boycott Exxon.
