There is a highway called holiness
Where the righteous of God walk within
There is a road which leads to eternal life
And leaves behind the byways of sin.

There is One who has already gone before
And walked the road up ahead
He knows the way and as we pray,
We can depend on Him and be Spirit led.

The highway of holiness is straight and narrow
And many cannot seem to find the way
Once we find the right road we must keep going on
We know he will lead and guide us each new day.

So keep pressing on as you are closer to home
Than you have ever been before,
Just a few more days to walk these earthly ways,
And we shall see the Savior on heaven's great shores.
