Rob

Rob plays the Military Boy in the current troupe. His first show was in July of 1999, and it was not long before it was clear what would be the bane of his Village Person life: a persistent and aggravating inability to master rhythm.

The thing Rob loves most about being a member of this Revue is the camaraderie. It's so rare for six guys to be able to get together and agree on anything, much less choreography, costuming, shows, trips, etcetera. Some of his favorite memories of the past year involve this group of guys: from their September road trip to Lethbridge and Calgary, to the partying and blah blah blah'ing that accompany rehearsals. Sure they work hard to get their numbers as polished and professional as they can, but they also know how to unwind and relax together, and that lends a light-heartedness and sense of fun to the numbers. Audiences pick up on that, and their applause and cheers only increase the group's enthusiasm.
