Taikoru ordered his lackies around for hours, preparing for the release of his master project, the creation of a female cyborg. Her body was still inside the glass test tube it had been placed in thirteen years ago. Now, it was time to open her up to the world to carry out Taikoru’s every wish. Blood tests were also taken to see if she was stable enough for cloning.
Some time later, Taikoru came to his final decision. “Awake her now! Prepare her food and garments right away!” Taikoru wrung his palms frantically, grinning broadly and looking around the room. “She is ready! She is finally ready!” He jumped up and down with excitement. He looked like a child waiting for a bowl of ice cream. His eyes glowed with happiness, and he almost seemed normal, until he began his hysterical laughter again.
It was time. All the wires, tubes, and restraints were removed from her body, and the powder was sucked up from around the woman’s body. A small jolt of electricity trickled into the tube and flowed into her body. Her eyes flashed open. They glowed an eerie gray, and her left pupil shined a deep red. A mechanical ear on the left side of her head twitched to listen to every sound in the room. The men awed at the site of her mechanical arms as they glowed a strange white light. A cup was over her mouth to help her breathing and drain her lungs of the ichor inside. The scope her eye formed zoomed in on Taikoru and her eyes briskly morphed from an icy gray, to a bloody red. Her arms flexed and she threw them to the side of her body. The white light brightened and surrounded her body. A crack ran down the body of the glass, and the tube shattered into tiny pieces. The woman grabbed the black jump suit out of one of the blinded guards hands and placed it on in a quick moment. It was a tight, but comfortable, fit and the leather glimmered as the white light dimmed slightly. The woman through back her ichored hair and walked over the Taikoru, who was still smiling. She smiled back and a wicked feeling shot through Taikoru’s body. He staggered and watched as the woman’s smile grew.
She spoke for the first time, her voice with no feeling or emotion. “A weak fool such as yourself is to control me? What is this?” The cyborg broke out into cold laughter. “This is quite amusing. And what, might I ask, are you planning on having me destroy?” She gave him a sarcastic look, and fire rose in Taikoru’s eyes. “Oh, have I upset you?” The creation gave an innocent look and turned away. Taikoru’s eyes ventured to a table in the room. A needle sat on top of it. He smirked and grabbed it. The woman froze as her ear twitched to hear the slight scrape of metal against glass and turned. She was too late. Her senses were not up to their full potential, and Taikoru had already driven the needle into her neck. The cyborg choked and gasped for air, but fell to her knees soon afterwards. She glared up at Taikoru, and he smiled.
“Yes, I am your creator, and I shall command you.”
The cyborg gave one last gasp for air and fell completely to the cold, metal floor. Her eyes swirled a dark maroon and then closed. Her breathing slowed and her arms clanged against the floor when they fell. Her hair laying on her cheeks.
Taikoru frowned and motioned for his guards to take Kiyoshi away. They picked her up and carried her away. “Take her to the special room I had prepared. Be gentle with her. She hasn’t fully recovered from her inactive-ness. She may be a little heavy, so prepare yourselves.”
The men nodded and gathered around the sleeping woman. They steadily counted to three and lifted the woman and carried her out of the room slowly, grunting at her mechanical weight. She was heavy.
When the men had finally left, Taikoru walked over to a machine with many knobs and colored buttons. He pressed a few and pulled a lever down. A hologram appeared above the machine and the man in the trench coat was in it. He frowned and looked behind Taikoru.
“Where is the cyborg? Don’t tell me you messed up, Taikoru, or your threats will be reversed.” The man lifted and eye brow and sighed. Taikoru clenched his teeth and tried to keep his temper from rising. “Well? You foolish little man, do not keep me waiting...”
“SILENCE!” Taikoru yelled out in anger. “I have not failed, nor messed up. The woman was in a temperamental mood, so we had to take care of her.” Taikoru noticed the worried look in the man’s eyes and snickered. “We tranquilized her, and that is all.”
The man seemed to relax, but the sarcasm returned in his tone. “Well, she must not be all that powerful if you could take her out. I thought she was supposed to be a creation beyond compare? You are nothing but a fool and a liar. Don’t waste my time. Give me the cyborg and I will correct your error.”
“I don’t think so, Mr. Honma. That won’t happen anytime soon. As I had previously stated, she isn’t up to speed, so she wasn’t at her full power and her senses hadn’t had time to adjust. She will have no flaws when she wakes. You will never take her from me. You will have your lower leveled clone when the time comes. Until then, you better not try anything stupid, got it?” Taikoru pressed a blue button and the hologram of the angered Mr. Honma disappeared. “He is such an annoying little man, no?” Taikoru thought to himself. “But when Kiyoshi is at maximum, I shall have him killed.” Taikoru laughed that all to familiar cackle and exited the room.
The guards carried the sleeping woman carefully to a light blue door. It opened to reveal a large room with a white shag rug and light blue and white semi-transparent tapestries. They flowed openly as the wind entered through the open window. A bed with satin sheets. Next to the bed, on the white floor, was a faded, bloody red stain. The guards cautiously set the cyborg down on the plush bed and her head fell against the light blue pillow. The men backed off slowly, making sure the woman didn’t rise and commit something foolish.
The cyborg rustled and themen drew their guns, pointing them at the woman and shaking violently. “I... is she m-moving?” The woman turned over so her back was to the guards and began snoring. The guards face-faulted and beads of sweat rolled down their heads. The leader of them stood up and fixed his helmet. “Er... let’s go men. We do not want the... er... lady to wake.” He walked out of the room followed by the rest of the men.

A voice whispered into her ear, and she heard. “Kiyoshi...” She answered aloud.
Kiyoshi: “Who is this, Kiyoshi?”
“You are Kiyoshi...”
Kiyoshi: “No, I am not! I am no one!” Her thought’s echoed, and made no sense to her. She was someone, but who?
“You are Kiyoshi...”
The voice continued to try and convince her.
