The Z28 as it arrived from the salvage yard. Notice the position of the front bumber on the drivers side!!! It was touching the hood!!
You can see in this picture the extent of the bent frame. Actually it is part unibody, there are 2 subframes, one in the rear and the front. The gap proved not to be a problem, all was straightened out to specs. Looked alot worse than it actually was.
The Z after most of the bent metal is removed. The frame was next in the line of order to straighten.
