GREAT ANIMAL MOVIES:
How many have YOU seen?
BLACK BEAUTY (?)
A horses story, made after the classic book. Sad, but a wonderful movie (and book) overall.

DR. DOOLITTLE (PG-13)

Who hasn't heard the story of Dr. Doolittle? A recent remake on an old tale gives Eddie Murphy the starring role (or would that go to his canine sidekick Lucky?). Witty and serious at parts, this move is a must see for anyone who loves animals.

HOMEWARD BOUND (PG)
A tear-jerker classic about three pets (2 dogs and a cat) who are seperated from their family. They have to travel cross-country to get back to the ones they love. Lots of action along with a good does of humor.

IRON WILL (PG-13)
Will is a young man growing up in a small Alaskan town. After his family suffers a tragic loss, he has to face a grueling sled dog race to save the family farm. Lots of action, but serious as well.

K-9 (R)
Tom Hanks stars as a police officer who recently recieved a canine partner. Humorous action flick with typical police scenes.

MILO AND OTIS (PG)

A classic movie beloved by kids AND adults. Milo is a barnyard kitten and Otis is a pug puppy. Together, they are the center of many adventures and incredible situations.

PAULIE (PG-13)
A talking parrot and his quest to find the girl who was his best friend.

OLD YELLER (PG-13)
Another classic tale made into a movie after Fred Gibson's timeless novel. A boy turned man meets a rogue dog who changes his life. A lot of action, and a lot of tears.

TURNER AND HOOCH (R)

Another cop and dog show, still a worthwhile rental!

WILD AMERICA (PG)
Three brothers go out into the wilderness in the late 60's too film America's vanishing wildlife. Incidentally, this is a true story about Marty Stouffer, host of Wild America, the TV show.

And don't forget Disney Animation!!
The Lion King, Bambi, 101 Dalmatians, Tarzan, Lady & The Tramp, Dumbo, and all the other classics!
