To avoid spam please email us using the 'Ask Seller A Question' eBay link on top of this auction.  Please note to improve customer service respond time, all emails without auction ids on the subject line will NOT be answered.  Please clearly state your full name.  Please always email us with a valid auction ID.  Please also make sure your reply email address is a valid one or respond emails will not be sent.  We receive tons of miscommunication due to invalid auction ID or invalid reply email addresses.  We usually respond to our emails within 24 business hours Monday thru Friday only.  We may not work the weekends and as a result emails or orders may not be processed on weekends.

Shipping
All orders within US are shipped with Delivery Tracking Number.  Our customers could track shipping status of their packages online (Domestic Only).  Delivery Confirmation fee is included in our shipping & handling.  No extra charge.  Shipping is guaranteed in 48 hours of winning bid, usually sooner, usually same day, not including Saturday or Sunday.  
·        Insurance is at your choice and must specify that in separately in email or with “'Ask Seller A Question', but will never be a problem and is encouraged”
·        All US shipments are made via United States Postal Service either by First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, depending on the types of products purchased.  In rare cases, UPS will be used with comparable services when necessary or specifically requested.  
 
International Shipping
International orders are handled individually; please email me for a shipping price check on a shipment under serious consideration under 'Ask Seller A Question'. 

Multiple auction bidders / Combining Orders:
Combine shipping is applied to auctions listed under this eBay seller account only.  Combine discount is US$2 off for each additional auction won (will be refunded via Paypal).  Clearly however, you must notify via 'Ask Seller A Question' or during Checkout instructions to hold items to be shipped and consolidated. 

Other

·        No cancellation of order(s) accepted.  Once auction is closed eBay has already charged fees. 

·        No substitution order(s) accepted.  Meaning if you won an auction for a particular item ID we cannot change it to a different item ID after. 

·        Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product. 

·        We are not responsible for lost or damaged item(s) during shipping if no insurance was purchased.
