Helpful lifestyle changes for improved overall skin health:


Exercise for tissue oxygenation
Caloric reduction or intermittent fasting (e.g. skipping lunch and dinner once a week)
If using tobacco, switch to nicorette gum (tobacco is pro-inflammatory)
Avoid high-temperature cooking most of the time
Lower dairy consumption while on an anti-inflammatory diet
Clean with natural substances (if it cannot be cleaned with baking soda, vinegar, salt or hydrogen peroxide, it probably does not need cleaning! :-)
Wash with "free" detergents, use dye- and perfume-free products
Pay attention to cosmetics ingredients and choose the simplest, most natural ones possible
Get lots of sleep (anti-inflammatory!)
