City Escape (Sonic):
A nice level in which you skateboard, grind, somersault, break crates, and more.

On the camera's right during the truck chase.

Upgrade- Magic hands:
location: After you get the bounce attack and the flame ring, break through the crates on the ground, then jump across a fence. 
Effect: allows you to put an enemy in a bubble and throw it at other enemies.

above the lonely statue. 
Effect: near the little things that look
like old ruins press B.

Prison lane (Tails):
In this level you open doors by defeating enemies.

Upgrade- Laser Blaster:
Effect: Tails can hit multiple enemies by targeting just one.
Location:  In the GOAL room find the enemy (Enemies) to open the door and blast the crates.

Metal Harbor (Sonic):
An easy level that in my opinion is fun
as you light dash, bounce on enemies, avoid bombs, and more!

Location: Ride the hook on Sonic's left of where Omochao talks about it.

A level that is timed.  You must swing on vines, run through loopes, and more as you race the clock.

Effect: Allows you to charge up a spindash and fire at enemies.

This level is Sky Rail at night with glowing pumpkins and rattling tombstones.

Effect: Allows Knuckels to dig in walls and on the ground
Location: At the beggining of the level.
Mission Street (Tails):
Same place as Radical Highway. except you start before the bridge and GUN is there.

Big: Somewhere on the Bridge.

Upgrade - Booster:
Location: Shoot at opposite side of the street from where Omochao asks you if you found the Booster.

Aquatic Mines (Knuckels) :
Its time to go mining gold, or master emerald pieces.  Oh well fantasy isn't bad.

Big: When the water is at level 1 or 2 Big appears near the caution sign.

Upgrade - Air Necklace:
Effect: Allows Knuckels to breath underwater, makes Cannons Core a heck of alot easier.

Race to catch the presidents

Robotnik's base, in which you must blast open doors

Get through to the rocket!

Effect: Allows Sonic to bounce.
Location: You will find it, it is in your path.

Knuckels must find keys to
unlock the door.

Upgrade - Hammer Gloves
Effect: Red swirls surround Knuckels'
punches so he can break steel crates.
Location: In the cooridor Right in front of Knuckels at the start of the level, go in and break a wall.
Eternal Engine (Tails);
Go through the engine room and avoid blowing up the dynamite that will open hatches and doors.

Upgrade - Bazooka
Location: Its behind a locked door you open with a switch.
Effect: You can break steel crates.
Meteor Herd (Knuckels):
Find the emerald pieces on various different planets.

Upgrade - Sunglasses:
Location: Forgot
Effect: From the action menu pick sunglasses, these make invisible objects appear.
Crazy Gadget (Sonic):
When you find a switch you can change the gravity to the direction the switch changes the gravity to. After you exit the ship find the switch that creates the rocket that you shhot at the acid and get the goal.

Location: Hard to explain.
Effect: break steel crates
Final Rush (Sonic):
Get to the Cannon's Core.  A huge grinding level.
