IMO, people who are successful, have financial security
and so forth are not "lucky". They are where they are now because of
tough decisions they made years ago. Whether to go to college, who
to marry, if and when to have children, how much of their income to
save, a career path - all of these things have a cumulative effect.
Folks who disagree are missing the point of a financial planning
newsgroup.
