Form Instructions:
|
- Under 'Enter Category', enter in any type of category that you wish to include (i.e. Favorite rack,
nickname, etc.). You may create any type of category that you feel is fit.
- Under 'Enter Value for Category', enter in your answer to the cooresponding category which you have
created.
- You are required to select a form of submitting your picture. You may either have us take a picture for
you, or you may send a picture that you already have to us through AIM (You will be able to do so through this
website). You may also select to not submit a picture; however, it is highly encouraged.
- You may add as many links as you want. Clicking 'Add Link...' will prompt you for the link as well as
a name for that link. If you enter a link that you want to remove, just click 'Clear Links'.
- You may also include a quote of your choosing. It can be anything you'd like (i.e. A quote you are known
for saying or some random quote that you see fit).
- Lastly, you do not need to fill everything out (With the exception of how to submit your picture). You
may leave any amount of categories out or choose not to have a quote.
