Canoeing activities include Whitewater and wilderness canoe trips.

I have also been on canoe camping trips with my other children, David and Robin.

White water trips have been in New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Maine. Wilderness trips have been the Alagash, Moose and Saint John rivers in Maine and the Missinaibi river in Ontario.

Always do white water canoeing with a group. No matter how much skill you have, at some time you will get pinned when running rapids. Then you will need the help of others in the group.
