Gavyn Sykes
Brave and idealistic, Gavyn Sykes is a Lieutenant in the
RSF, and spent much of his youth driving transports and crop
haulers from the hills outside Theed where he lived. It is there
were Gavyn learnt about the extensive catacombs of Naboo and
spent time with his friends exploring them. Whether driving a
Flash Speeder, or flying a Naboo starfighter, Gavyn is efficient
and resourceful, ready to defend his planet. Gavyn makes a cameo
in Episode I: The Phantom Menace. He's the pilot of the
Gian Speeder that blows up the tank, shortly before the end
battle. He took control of the RSF when Kael was killed, but was
forced to hand over command to Captain Panaka when he returned.
After the Battle of Naboo, Gavyn was promoted to Captain to fill
the gap left by Kael's death.
Captain Kael
A born leader, Kael was quickly promoted to Captain
after joining the RSF as a young man. A veteran member, Kael is
diligent and tough on his troops, but he enjoys training them,
and commands their respect. Kael took control of the RSF after
Panaka fled the planet with Queen Amidala and the Jedi. Kael was
killed by Borvo the Hutt's forces, while trying to shut down an
illegal mining operation and rescue Naboo hostages.
Vedd Deviss
Because Vedd grew up in the swamps, where he now works
as a trader, he knows the bayous and backcountry of Naboo well. A
great guide, he can find reclusive smugglers, concealed hideouts,
and secret bases. Vedd joined up with the RSF shortly after the
start of the Trade Federation's invasion, but was not officially
conscripted until after the Battle of Naboo. Vedd survived the
intense battle, and now serves as a hardworking lieutenant in the
RSF.
Lutin Hollis
Hollis is a veteran member of the RSF, and has been
serving in it for 35 years, since he was 15. He is younger than
he looks, and quite serious, a sharp contrast to Vedd Deviss,
although the two have become very good friends. He is willing to
take risks to save friends and family, and will stop at nothing
to repel the army of the Trade Federation.
