And Why is that?

Forget the money, or the B2B thing, or everything else you might have heard or read about the deal. All are missing the point. And it's a simple one.

From now on, your company is no longer like ICQ (only as a cellular ASP for SME in Europe). As of today your company is like Tradeum(only as a cellular ASP for SME in Europe).

Now that is a change worth noticing. Isn't it?
