Rarely, do we find one piece of evidence that can turn the whole case around.

The case is simple.

In order to build a successful Israeli company it has to be an American entity, it has to be headquartered in the US, it needs American management, it needs to grow through M&As, it needs to sell to a limited number of big cooperate clients, it has to be all over the press talking Wall Street language and so on. If your company doesn't – it's a clear case of mismanagement. And the Company is to be punished by investors.

But there was evidence left on the driveway.
